Our Policy
Since all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will resolve any issues.
When We Accept Returns
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong item was shipped
- The print quality is significantly below standard
- The order never arrived (confirmed lost in transit)
How to Request a Return
Contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue (if applicable)
- A description of the problem
Resolution Options
- Replacement: We will produce and ship a replacement at no charge
- Refund: Full or partial refund to your original payment method
- Store Credit: Credit applied to your account for future purchases
Processing Time
Once we receive your return request, we will respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping
If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. You are not responsible for return shipping costs on defective or incorrect items.
